For an API problem, include the endpoint you called, the time of the request, and the X-Artifact-Id response header if you have one. Please do not send API keys or document content you would not want stored in an inbox.
A problem with a specific PDF
Use the “Report an issue” button that appears after a render in the Markdown tool, or POST /api/v1/reports with the render’s artifact id from the API. The report links the exact source and output, and filing one extends that render’s retention from 7 days to 30 so it can be investigated. Your recent renders are listed under Settings, Renders.
Security
Report vulnerabilities to the same address. The machine-readable contact is published at /.well-known/security.txt (RFC 9116).
